In 2014, we started with a simple idea: every student deserves an opportunity to a land a job in the green economy. Not just kids at top schools with the right connections. Everyone.
What happened to that idea in 2014? It’s now a national network of more than 4,500 students and hundreds of employers. We’ve helped young people explore careers, gain real-world experience, and land jobs in renewable energy, forest restoration, climate policy, and beyond.
Our students have restored forests, built solar arrays, solved real-world problems, and launched careers they’re genuinely excited about. That’s what a green economy actually looks like.
Yes, we help people build skills and prepare for jobs. But we’re after something bigger: a generation that cares about the planet and has the experience, confidence, and know-how to do something about it.
